 The [em]pire collective is a high-touch business mentorship container designed to support leaders in turning clarity into execution.

It combines 1:1 coaching, live group support, and ongoing access between sessions so you’re not just gaining insight—you’re building in real time.

This is a working space for decision-making, momentum, and structured business growth.

 Each month includes:

• One (1) 90-minute 1:1 clarity coaching session (combines deprogramming/activation and strategy)
• One (1) Monthly remote support session for a focused area of your business or leadership (team, launch, financials, strategy, personal development, conflict resolution, advisory etc.)
• WhatsApp support Monday–Thursday (24-hour response window)
• Access to 2 group coaching calls (live support and integration)
• Access to the [em]power Collective community

This is designed to support both strategy and implementation between sessions.

You are expected to:

• Show up prepared and on time for sessions you book 
• Take action on what is discussed between calls
• Communicate clearly and directly in support channels
• Participate respectfully and fully in the community space
• Take responsibility for your decisions, implementation, and results

This program only works if you engage with it. It is not passive.

There is a 3-month minimum commitment.

You cannot cancel before completing the first three monthly payments.
